Frequently Asked Questions

1.How can I place an order?
You can place an order via our website, www.thalgo.com.hk,and follow the steps below:
1) Add the selected items to the shopping bag
2) Go to the Checkout page
3) Fill in the information and submit order
4) After the submission, you will first receive the “Confirmation of Order” by email
5) Once the payment has been authorised, you will receive an email of “Transaction Completed”

2.How can I make payment?
You can make the payment via Pay-pal.

3.Can I return/ exchange the products?
Please read the following for information on return/ exchange/ refund.
1) Damage:
If you find the parcel is damaged at the point of delivery, please do not accept the parcel and call our hotline at 2865-6811. Our hotline operating hours are from Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm (except 12:30pm to 1:30pm and public holidays)
2) Return:
Return of product is allowed within seven days from the day of receiving the product, only if the product is different from the order; or
is either defective or damaged upon arrival. To return the product, please call our hotline at 2865 6811.
Gold River (Far East) Limited will bear the delivery fee incurred for returning the product.
3) Exchange:
Once the order is submitted, no exchange is allowed.
4) Refund:
Once the order has been made, No refund is allowed.
5) Gold River (Far East) Limited reserves the rights of final decision in case of any disputes.

4.Do I need to pay for delivery
1) For order amount less than HKD1,000 net amount
HKD30 delivery fee will be charged automatically by the system if the order is below HKD1,000 net amount .
(Purchases are couriered within the Industrial/ Commercial Property)
2) For order amount reaches HKD1,000 net amount
HKD30 delivery fee will be waived for order reaches HKD1,000 net amount or above.
